Your contact details, housing information, and data regarding your agreement are processed in our CRM system (Timewave AB). This is to enable us to deliver our services according to the agreement/needs, send invoices, apply for RUT etc. Nytta AB is responsible for the processing of personal data.
What personal data do we process about you?
The personal data we process about you includes your name and contact details (such as address, phone number, email address, door code, alarm, and housing information).
For what purposes do we process your personal data?
If you are a customer of Nytta AB, we process your data to administer our services, for example, carrying out home cleaning, window cleaning, move-out cleaning, gardening services, and applications to the Tax Agency for tax reduction.
In order to send you newsletters or other necessary information, we need to store and process personal data about you, in this case, your email address. The legal basis for processing your personal data is public interest. Nytta AB retains your data until you stop purchasing your services from us and notify us that you no longer want us to keep your personal data. Afterwards, the data will be deleted.
What is our legal basis for processing your personal data?
We need to process your personal data in order to fulfill the agreement regarding the services you order from us.
Where do we obtain your personal data from?
From you as a customer during a possible home visit, digital meeting, or via email conversations and expressions of interest through CRM tools like Timewave, Typeform, and Mailchimp.
Does Nytta AB send your personal data to any third parties?
No.
Where are my personal data processed?
We process your personal data within the EU/EEA area.
How long are my personal data retained?
We process your personal data as long as you are a customer of Nytta AB and as required under respective standards and accounting law. Subsequently, they will be deleted in accordance with specific routines.
What rights do I have?
You as a registered user have a number of rights regarding the processing of your personal data. You have the right to know how we process your personal data and to obtain a register extract (right of access). Furthermore, you have the right to have inaccurate and incomplete data corrected (right to rectification). You also have the right, in certain cases, to have your personal data deleted or restricted, e.g., when there is no legal basis or when we no longer need the personal data (right to deletion and restriction). Additionally, you have the right to transfer your data that you have provided to someone else (right to data portability).
