For us to provide a really good move-out cleaning, we ask that the home is completely empty when we arrive. Cabinets and drawers should be empty, and the refrigerator and freezer need to be defrosted in advance.

If you cannot be present, it is fine to leave a key. Please inform us in advance if anything is fragile or deviates.
