Nytta's Whistleblower Policy

Nytta AB strives to be an open and transparent workplace. Therefore, it is important for us as employers that it is easy to report misconduct in a confidential and secure manner.

Who can whistleblower? 

You can whistleblower and receive protection under the Whistleblower Act if you are an employee, job seeker, or intern, for example. Contractors and suppliers to Nytta AB who have become aware of misconduct can also report. Even if you have left Nytta AB or have not yet started, you can report misconduct. 

 

What can I whistleblower about? 

If you suspect misconduct, legal and/or regulatory violations, we encourage you to report this as a whistleblowing matter. Examples of misconduct of general interest that should be reported include:

  • Deliberate accounting inaccuracies, internal accounting controls, or other financial crime.
  • Occurrences of theft, corruption, vandalism, fraud, embezzlement, or data breaches.
  • Serious environmental violations or significant safety deficiencies in the workplace. 
  • If someone is subjected to serious forms of discrimination or harassment.
  • Other serious misconduct affecting individuals' lives or health.
  • Other serious misconduct concerning the company's vital interests. 

Nytta AB should be a safe workplace where we treat each other with respect in all work and all relationships.  

 

How do I report?

For a written case, you can email vissla@nytta.se 

Describe what has happened as thoroughly as possible, as this makes it easier to ensure that appropriate action is taken. Please attach written documents or images.  

  • Do not include sensitive personal data, such as ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation

In whistleblowing, there is protection against negative consequences after reporting misconduct. This means that threats of retaliation and attempts at retaliation are not allowed. Examples of such are if you were to be dismissed, have your work tasks changed, be threatened, discriminated against, or blacklisted within your industry due to whistleblowing. The protection also applies to the disclosure of information.
