  • How We Deliver Our Services

    The cleaning service is delivered by the same person performing the regular cleaning at your home as a customer.

     

    If the regular employee is absent due to illness, leave, or vacation, we provide a substitute. You will receive a notification about this in advance, and can then cancel the appointment to Timbanken if you wish to forgo a substitute.

     

    You as a customer should provide cleaning tools and supplies. The staff will leave a note with information if something is running out and needs to be procured for the next occasion. At the first appointment, we provide a startup package containing cleaning cloths and a mop. These cloths should be washed between cleaning appointments so that we have clean ones for each cleaning session.

     

    It is also important for you as a customer to keep us updated about changes in your home, such as renovation work, acquiring pets, changing alarms or door codes, etc. This information is crucial for us to perform our services effectively and safely.

     

    After we have started the ongoing cleaning, the contract is sent and signed digitally via Oneflow.

     

    You as a customer will also have access to a customer portal where you can see upcoming cleaning appointments as well as the status of your invoices. Registration for this takes place on the website under 'customer portal'.

     

    When ending the service, the notice period is 30 days.

  • Cancellation & Time Bank

    Cancellation can be done directly in the customer portal. You can also cancel via email to info@nytta.se or call us at 08 630 00 20

     

    Our switchboard is open on weekdays from 07:00 to 17:00.

     

    Upon cancellation, your canceled hours will go into the so-called time bank.

     

    Hours saved in the time bank can then be used at a later date for services beyond regular cleaning, such as deep cleaning, window washing, ironing, and gardening services. 

     

    Service occasions saved in the customer's time bank can be used for up to two years from the date of cancellation. Hours older than two years are deleted from the time bank and considered used. 

     

    Non-working days such as Midsummer Eve, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, and public holidays will have no cleaning performed. The cleaning occasion will be canceled to the Time Bank if you, as a customer, do not reschedule to another day.

    Last-Minute Cancellation 

    For cancellations within 24 hours of the booked time, the cleaning will be charged as usual and the hours will not be saved to the time bank.

  • Cleaning Material

    In order for us to perform a good job in your home, it is important that we have the right tools.

    Nytta provides at the first cleaning

    3 x microfiber cloths
    Glass cloth

     

    IMPORTANT! The cloths should be washed after cleaning at 40 or 60 degrees without fabric softener. We appreciate that the tools are clean and that the microfiber cloths are washed between cleaning sessions.

  • Red Days & Major Holidays

    On public holidays, we do not provide any services. Your next cleaning appointment will then occur according to the regular schedule. We always send out a notification in good time to remind you if your appointment falls on a red day. If you wish to move an appointment that falls on a public holiday, we ask you to contact us in good time, and at least two weeks in advance.


    Cleaning appointments that fall on these days will otherwise be canceled to Timbanken.

  • One-time assignments

    For these assignments, fees for travel and service handling will apply. For questions, please contact us.

  • Safety & Security

    Your safety and security are important to us as your home is our workplace. To ensure you feel secure when hiring us, we have established routines for how we handle keys, alarms, codes, and other personal information. All personal data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The information consists of services purchased and performed by Nytta or partner companies. Nytta AB uses personal data provided by the customer in order to fulfill its delivery of services to the customer.

     

    Our Staff

    We have high standards for our staff, and therefore we recruit personnel who can and want to develop in a service profession. We continuously provide internal training for all our staff to ensure they can perform the services professionally. Everyone who works with us has signed a confidentiality agreement. Our staff are covered by a collective agreement through the municipal trade union.

     

    In Case Something Happens

    Nytta has insurance that covers any damages to persons and property caused by our staff. All our staff are insured during working hours as well as commuting to and from work. We also hold membership in Almega Services Federation and Swedish Enterprise.

  • Key Management

    Nytta offers the possibility to check out keys.

     

    The keys are marked with an SST police tag and an ID number linked to the customer. For security reasons, there are no personal details such as name or address on the key.   

     

    Key receipt is sent to your email via Oneflow for digital signing.

     

    In case of any loss of the key, a lock replacement is offered.

  • Payment & Invoice

    At the beginning of each month, the invoice for services performed in the previous month will be issued. Payment should reach us by the 30th of each month. The invoice has accounted for RUT deductions.

     

    We offer direct debit, e-invoice, and invoice via email. You can apply for this through your online bank.

     

    A fee will apply for paper invoices.
