Weekly cleaning
As a new customer with us, we always start with a home visit where we decide together what needs to be done in the home. Most often, the home visit is followed up with a thorough major cleaning before the weekly cleaning is then set in motion. It takes place with a dedicated employee who takes care of your home and follows a fixed schedule.
Focusing on what is unique to each home, we adapt the cleaning according to needs, decor and other important details in the home. Unique floors or white goods that get dirty easily, children or pets playing, or an upper floor that often gets messy is nothing we can't solve. Handling of laundry and ironing can also be included in the weekly cleaning.
+ Washing and Ironing
If you wish, ironing and washing can also be included in the weekly cleaning. In order to carry out good work, we need:
- Access to a complete and clean ironing board
- A spray bottle
- A well-functioning iron
- Detergent
- Suitable drying device
Things to consider for you as a customer:
Dry the shirts on hangers, do not tumble dry!
Sort the laundry according to temperature and white/colour.
ATTENTION! We do not wash delicate garments that require hand washing or dry cleaning, which can easily be destroyed during washing.
Conditions
Feel free to put away clothes, toys and dishes for more efficiency.
Put away things that may be fragile in your home, as well as put away jewelry or other small things that could easily accidentally end up in the vacuum cleaner.
Make sure that cleaning tools & means are available.
Important
If it is not possible to meet the staff on site on the cleaning day, it is possible to leave the key to us at our visitor's office in Täby or City. Please mark key alt. leave in a marked envelope, no later than 48 hours before booked cleaning.
Make sure we have the correct gate code & name on the door.
Information about where rubbish is thrown and whether there are any pets in the home.
Please inform us before the cleaning if something in the home is broken or fragile and needs to be taken into account during the cleaning.
Also inform about any additions/deviations from the standard agreement.

We always provide a guarantee on our cleanings.

Every week- 250 kr
Biweekly - 250 kr
Every forth week - 250 kr
Prices include VAT and after RUT.
A fixed service fee of SEK 70 is added every month. This is not RUT eligible.
